We happily invite you to share an amazing experience in our cozy reconverted warehouse on the vibrant Fish Island, in the bohemian enclave of Hackney Wick.

You will be sharing the house with two amazing people, one tattoo artist and one architect who will make sure to offer you a great stay in our residence.

The space
Unique, tidy, flooded with light and invaded by nature.
We're offering the experience of a freshly refurbished room in a building complex, part of an old Peanut Factory reconverted into living units, promoting an alternative way of living derived from the lack of accommodation to host artists & the exorbitant prices due to the housing crisis in London.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can use the fridge to store your food. You are more than welcome to cook, or join us for dinner.
You are also free to use the coffee machine, but make sure to ask first how it works.
You will be suited in a private room, equipped with a king size bed built, a table and a closet.
You will also find fresh clean bed sheets and towels.
The room has its own lock, you will find the key with the other keys in our safe box outside our entrance door; the code to the box will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
Our warehouse is an alternative habitation project, a work in progress where the space is in a continuous improvement, meaning that the next time you’ll visit us it will probably look different!
To better understand our pursuit, one part of this income will be reinvested in making your experience even better the next time you come over.

Fish Island is an enclave full of amazing art and loads of places to enjoy yourself or just work.

Places to eat, taste local beer in neighbourhood friendly breweries, or attend different local events – from live jazz to open mic to forest raves – can be found minutes away from our residence.
As well, we are surrounded by two lovely parks, Olympic Park and Victoria Park, from where you can walk along the canal towards Cambridge Heath and London Fields – in a sunny day – or head directly to Shoreditch and Central London using bus 8. Transportation is located fairly close to our residence, so you will be moments away from HW Overground Station, Stratford Underground Station and Stratford International – with great connections to all the major airports and to Central London with Jubilee Line, Central Line or DLR.

An open air museum, most roads in Hackney Wick are still bombarded with street art, providing a safe haven for a variety of artists ever looking for a fresh canvas to illustrate their universes or their discontent with the world.

During your stay

You will find the warehouse to be clean and tidy, so we expect our guests to show the same care for our space as we do. My flatmate and I will try to help you with any questions around the house. You are more than welcome to join us for some tea, coffee or dinner together.
We sometimes work from home, not too often, so please respect our privacy as we will do the same.
You are welcome to use our living room if you like to work on your laptop, or just relax. We have a very good internet which works perfectly anywhere around the house.
You are free to smoke in the house., but please let us know from before.
