This is your vacation home on Cayuga Lake. Relax as you take in the drama of the light on the water. Watch the comings and goings of the osprey and eagles from lake to shore. Elegant and earthy this space will make you feel part of our Finger Lakes landscape. Swim in the lake or take a paddle!

Response to COVID 19:
We as hosts are taking this crisis seriously.
All of our units are stand-alone and do not share space with other units. Each unit is sanitized with anti viral cleaning products and all precautions are taken to follow CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing. We follow a strict protocol for cleaning and sanitizing.

This beautiful space comprises a full kitchen, living/dining room, lake overlook space, and a full balcony. Bedroom has a queen bed, blackout drapes and a small closet for your luggage. Beautiful all tile bathroom with Hansgrohe fixtures. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay including coffee! Smart TV has netflix for rainy days. This is a private apartment in our larger lake home and has a private entrance.

You are welcome to use the lake front and swim or take a paddle, we have a few kayaks etc. We will provide you with beach towels. You will likely see other folks around as we, our dogs or our other guests may be at the lake as well. Please feel free to make yourself at home.

From the parking area at the street level you will need to walk down a set of stairs to access the apartment. To the lake it is a further 80 stairs so please be prepared for that. The view from the apartment and balcony is amazing though in case you're feeling lazy!

We are 5 min from Downtown Ithaca, 1 min to Cass Park, and Treman Marina. The Black Diamond Trail is directly across the street from our house and runs 10 miles from Ithaca to Trumansburg. We are about an 8 minute drive to Taughannock State Park which has a trail to the tallest waterfall in NYS. We are also at the base of the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail so very easy access to wineries or even better - the FLX cheese trail!

This is a newly done apartment and everything is clean and new.

Sorry, but we can't accommodate other boats/jetskis at this time and the fishing although great in other areas is a bit boring from our dock. Also lake access before May can be iffy if there is too much snow or ice.

We are at the base of Cayuga Lake so everything is close, wineries, breweries, Ithaca Farmers Market (you can canoe there!) Local gorges and parks are only minutes away. CU and IC take about 10 minutes to drive to.
