This particular part of zone 10 is mainly residential with lots of modern apartment buildings and yet borders the older part of zone 10 with still many family homes and small traditional convenience stores Just an 8-minute walk and you´ll find the finest shopping mall in Guatemala (Oakland Shopping Mall). All types of fancy restaurants lie within a 10 to max 20 minutes walking distance. Same holds true for all the major hotels. Three modern supermarkets are just an 8-minute walk away.
