The studio apartment is in a classic New York brownstone located in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods Brooklyn has to offer. This is a private studio with high ceilings,a lot of natural light and in a great location only 12min train ride from downtown Manhattan and most of Brooklyn's coolest attractions are just a few minutes away from the house. @brooklynhouseny

The space
The studio apartment is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful 19th Century extremely well maintained brownstone.

The studio is quite spacious with high ceilings, large windows and original details such as the fireplace. It has its own private entrance and guests get a set of keys!

The kitchenette is perfect for breakfast, storing snacks and drinks and preparing small meals if you don't feel like eating out. There is a fridge as well as a stove and all essentials.

The bathroom is recently renovated and routinely sanitized. For your grooming needs the following items are offered:
