This beautifully styled flat is available for either short or long term stays and centrally located and is also very conveniently positioned to both the Royal Sussex Hospital and Brighton College.

Great restaurants and bars are close by in the village with Brighton City Centre and the famous 'Lanes' and the Brighton Pier are all a short walk away!

The space
Completely refurbished, boutique style apartment- spacious and peaceful, tastefully decorated and with rooftop views.
It boasts a modern, functional kitchen with a dining area comfortably seating six and open onto a cosy living room, as well as a stylish master bedroom, two elegant bathrooms and an additional bedroom with bunkbeds - perfect for a family or group of friends.
Ideally situated gem within a 2 minute walk from Brighton seafront and in the heart of the vibrant Kemp Town village.

This apartment, which has been recently completely refurbished, is situated in the heart of Kemp Town Village. Situated towards the rear of the property, with rooftop views over Kemp Town, the apartment is extremely peaceful, despite being within minutes of St Georges Road and the beach.

The style is modern and restful. The combined living, dining and kitchen area has a fully equipped stylish kitchen (with just about everything you would find at home in the cupboards), a large island style dining table and a comfortable sitting area, with plenty of seating. There is a double sofa bed for use in this area and bedding will be provided for this when required.

The Master bedroom has a king size double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has large bunkbeds, ideally suited for children, but each bed will support up to 100kg, so could be used by adults if required.

There is a modern, fully fitted bathroom, with WC, basin and vanity unit and a full sized bath, with a wall mounted shower above. There is also a second fully fitted shower room, with WC, basin and vanity unit and a corner shower.

There is also a large hallway giving the sense of space.

Other things to note
Hello, thank you for considering our place to host you.

Thank you for considering booking with us, we would love to host you.

A reminder our property has a strict no party policy, keep in mind any gatherings, parties or events are prohibited on the premises.

If such events occur or be reported, please be aware that you would would be legally liable for any damages to the property and any guests would be subject to eviction, regardless of their check-out date.

Please be considerate of neighbours, noise must be kept to a strict minimum.

Please note that if the keys are lost, a £100 charge will occur. If the keys are locked in the property instead of the key safe upon checkout (or if you locked yourself out), a £50 charge will occur.

Please note that this is a strictly non smoking home.

Please understand that our cleaners take cleaning during these times VERY seriously, but are not paid a higher wage then before the pandemic. In fact they are paid an average wage. We often get feedback from guests that the cleaning fee is to high, however guests should know the cleaning fee is made up of a split between linen hire 60% and 40% paid directly to the service provider cleaner. Therefore, if you do the math the cleaners are not paid exorbitant amounts of money to do a very important and hard job. Please take this into consideration when booking or especially when asking for compensation. We don't want to take money away from cleaners in these difficult times unless there is a legitimate cleaning complaint.

Additional linen and cleaning service can be arranged for an extra fee.

Location

The City of Brighton and Hove, England, United Kingdom

Kemp Town, named after the famous architect Thomas Read Kemp (1782-1844) , who inherited much land in Brighton from his politician father in 1811, designed many of the impressive Regency properties in the area, notably those in Sussex Square, Lewes Crescent and the magnificent terraces. Known locally as Kemp Town Village, there is a real local community feel to the area and this is one of the most desirable places to live in Brighton. Kemp Town offers a great variety of restaurants and cafes, some superb pubs (including the Thomas Kemp, literally a stone's throw from the apartment), a burlesque cabaret bar (which used to be a private mausoleum) and an interesting collection of local shops, ranging from Brighton's most famous butchers, Brampton's, on the corner of Burlington Street, to antique shops and flea markets.

There is almost always a real "buzz" in Kemp Town and it's right on the doorstep of the apartment.

At the other end of the street, the beach and seafront promenade are only a couple of hundred metres away. You can comfortably walk into the historic centre of the City (the Lanes, the North Laine and the theatre area) within 40 minutes, but taxis are plenty!
