This listing is a room an independent house located in a serene and green residential colony centrally located in Nashik. The house is a minute's walk in from the main bustling college road / Mahatma nagar road. A huge playground at the front and an erstwhile canal - now a jogging track at the back make the house setting quite unique in the city. The terraces and the garden make the house quite a quaint and cozy place.
