Built in Moorish style, the house is located on the slope directly on the Atlantic coast. On the upper floor there are 2 apartments with shower room and terraces, on the lower floor kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room with fireplace. Two terraces with garden open onto the smooth rocks. It is only a 3-minute walk to the house's own beach. Depending on the waves, you can also jump into the water directly in front of the house.

The space
After searching for a long time, we discovered our bay, known to surfers as Anchor Point or Killer Point worldwide. We acquired the property in 1996 and received a building permit after many difficulties. Our architect, who is also the Belgian consul of Agadir, has done a true masterpiece.
No hotels nearby, secluded yet connected to Taghazout (2 km) and Agadir (22 km). So, away from mass tourism and hustle and bustle, you can enjoy your vacation time directly on the ocean (5 m) from the lower terrace, pure nature with views over the Antiatlas to the port of Agadir, you can see the fishing boats pass by, as well as cormorants and Ibisse, sometimes also dolphins.

Included in the price is Fatima our soul of the house. She takes care of the household and will prepare unforgettable Moroccan meals on request (either a lunch or dinner daily). Her unique cooking skills have been an unforgettable culinary experience for every guest. See for yourself and be enchanted by Fatima's cooking skills.
Of course, you can choose between self-sufficiency or Fatima. Please note that the cost of grocery shopping -- which is done by Fatima is not included. These must be settled at Fatima.
