A/C!! Placencia Seashell Ats is a charming 3 floor building with individual suites. Each has a private entrance and a large porch and gets lots of breeze from the sea. The beach is within 2 minutes walk. The property is in the center of Placencia Village, and a few minutes walk from great restaurants, fresh veggie and fruit stands, grocery stores, Gelato ice cream, pizza, and beach bars, dive shops and car or golf cart rentals. Message if you're interested an all-inclusive rate. (food)

Placencia, Stann Creek District, Belize

Neighborhood is residential but not far from a local restaurant, church and school. The main road is a minute's walk down Kuba Aly @ Dawns Grill n Go... and since Placencia has only one road, everything is on this main street. There's a "sidewalk" (smallest street in the Guiness Book of World Records) that runs down the village center as well, and quite a few gift shops and restaurants are scattered along it. The sidewalk is parallel to the main road and is also very close to get to.

I'm outgoing, friendly, helpful and a native Belizean and wedding planner. I love reading, movies and also Love to travel! I kayak every morning and I take tons of photos! As a host I'll be available by phone/ (Hidden by Airbnb) all day, unless I'm out of the village, and I'll still be able to figure out how to help if needed.
