OUTDOOR LIVING
The villa is uniquely designed across one level, giving it step free access to all indoor and outdoor living areas, bedrooms and swimming pool. It really has been designed to the highest standard to accommodate everyone.

Your outdoor deck area features a large under comfortable seating area, with a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the hot climate, whilst still enjoying the outdoors. With 6 ultra comfortable cushioned sun loungers, they really are the place to relax whilst soaking up the Samui sunshine. Cool off and take a dip in your own private swimming pool, which boasts amazing sea views, as well as additional stalls where you can sit and enjoy a cold drink whilst being amazed throughout your stay by this incredible setting.

An additional dining table is situated next to the outdoor kitchen consisting of a gas grill BBQ, sink and worktop. Make the most of the warm evening climate using all the outdoor areas and BBQ, and soak up the beautiful sunsets this villa has to offer. We can easily organise a professional chef to come over, prepare and cook for you either traditional Thai, BBQ, or fresh seafood of your choice.

All seating areas are ideal for reading and relaxing in either the sun or shade - you won't fail to enjoy the magnificent setting that this property has to offer.

As an additional extra whilst staying at this private residence, you will also have access to a large communal grassed park area. Set just next to the villa is another area to sit, relax and enjoy - a perfect place to let the children run around and play safely. A walking & running track goes around the perimeter of the grassed areas, and there is an additional under cover seating area and outdoor grill BBQ that you have full access to. This villa really does have facilities to cater for groups of all ages.

INDOOR LIVING
Stepping foot inside the villa you will be greeted by the instant feel of class and elegance. The furniture is brand new and of the highest quality, altogether adding to the chic interior and luscious finish.

The large indoor open-plan area features a western style kitchen with breakfast bar, espresso maker and fridge freezer, with full cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining area can easily cater for 8 people, with additional stools seated at a breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen.

With the living area comprising of bespokely made top quality sofas, a large 65 inch flat screen TV sits on the wall, where guests can enjoy thousands of international TV, sport and movie channels on demand. The villa is furnished to the highest of standards creating the most perfect place to enjoy your holiday to Koh Samui.

BEDROOMS
All 4 bedrooms consist of the complete top of the range facilities, with super comfortable king-sized beds, floor to ceiling storage space and each with their own spacious en-suite bathroom with rain shower, WC and wash basin. As an added bonus 2 of the bedrooms feature an outdoor bathtub; perfect for those relaxing evening under the stars soaking up the evening atmosphere. Situated only 50 metres from the beach overlooking the Gulf of Thailand and views on to Koh Phangan, this villa has an exceptional location and setting. Based in the popular north-easterly area of Plai Laem, this villa is pleasently located for any convenience. The main attractions of Koh Samui are only minutes away: Big Buddha, Fisherman’s Village, Chaweng, the International Airport, restaurants, bars, nightlife and boutique shopping are all easily accessible when staying at this residence. Some of Koh Samui’s best hotels are our neighbours, including the Six Senses, with its award winning restaurant ‘Dining on the Rocks’, the Melati, Tongsai Bay and the Ritz Carlton - this really is the most sought after area to me staying.
