The space
Cosy Studio is very compact in size, but it is in a great location and is both well-equipped and newly presented in Farrell & Ball paint.
Cosy Studio can be found at the rear of the owners house, it is in a quiet location, just a couple of minute’s walk away from the beach, and cafés with Brighton just a stroll along the seafront. It's an ideal holiday alternative to a hotel room and is also available for longer stays.

Cosy Studio has its own private access, allowing guests to come and go as they please.
The main room of the studio has superfast free Wifi, a pull-out day bed, which is both the sofa and a king-sized double bed. This can even be spilt to make 2 single beds, if required. There is small desk area with a TV above. At the other end of the studio room is the kitchen area, which includes a unit with 2 ring hob, sink, fridge (with small freezer box) and a storage cupboard. There is a microwave oven, mini oven/grill, toaster and kettle available, as well as pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is also a fold-out dining table with stools, giving a dining area to enjoy meals. New shower room is compact but very functional, with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. An iron and ironing board are provided as well as a hairdryer.

Cosy Studio has slate flooring throughout and a portable heater is provided.

Outside the entrance to the Studio is a small space with a table and chairs, so guests can enjoy a glass of wine in the summer evenings. Although there is no private parking available for the Studio, there is plenty of on-street parking nearby, with minimal daytime restrictions. Parking vouchers can be purchased for £4.50 per day.

The owner of Cosy Studio is able to offer a washing service (£10 per load) and a compulsory fortnightly cleaning service (£10) for bookings over 2 weeks, which includes a bed linen and towel change. Sun chairs can be hired from the owner to use on the beach or parks.

Cosy Studio benefits from being in a road which leads straight onto the seafront at Hove. Within a few yards of the Studio is the beach and all the amenities and activities it has to offer, including a lagoon where there is a Windsurfing & Wakeboard centre, children’s paddling pool (free of charge), lake with pedalo boats to hire, pitch & putt, tennis courts, playground and Cafés. Just opposite from Wish Road is ‘The Big Beach Café owned and run by one of Brighton's famous residents, Norman Cook, also known as the DJ Fat Boy Slim. Wish Park which is a 1 minute walk from the Studio has its own café open in summer for homemade cakes and sandwiches.
Follow the seafront to the east for about 2 miles and you will soon be in the centre of Brighton, famous for its pier, Royal Pavilion, great selection of unique shops in the famous North Lanes, Churchill Square shopping centre with an array of Shops and an enormous choice of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants including Michelin and rosette awarded restaurants, is enough to cater to any tastes.
Brighton's Royal Pavilion is a famous attraction. During the Winter Festive Celebrations it has a spectacular ice rink with pop up restaurant and entertainment. It is the famous seaside palace built by the Prince Regent (George IV) and now houses works of art and furnishings of the highest quality. Brighton Pier is also a very popular attraction, great for anyone that likes the fairground or strolling along with a bag of fish and chips for lunch. Opposite the old West Pier is the new British Airways i360 which is the world's first vertical cable car and the world's tallest moving observation tower - it is xpected the tower will appear in the 2017 Guinness Book of Records as "the world's slenderest tall tower". Brighton also has a wide range of annual events which, among others, include Gay Pride, a food and drink fayre, the London to Brighton bike ride, and the air show at nearby Shoreham.
Wish Road Studio is about 1 mile from the nearest train station and service to London run regularly. From Hove, you can be in London in just over an hour, making it great for a day trip to see the site of the capital.

There are also excellent bus services locally, running along the coast, so exploring the area without a car can easily be done. Bicycles can be hired from anywhere along the seafront or by going to www.btnbikeshare.com
