The space
The Bears Den is a deluxe duplex on The Ridge with incredible views and access to all that the mountain has to offer. Located at the base of Split Decision, you’ll enjoy views of the entire Okanagan Valley and witness spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

Providing a generous 3 full floors of living space – The Bears Den is perfect for your family vacation or a couples retreat! Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the mountain setting while taking in the views from your private covered hot tub, or curl up with the family in front of the welcoming stone fireplace.

This one-of-a-kind custom-built mountain home is a timber frame ski-in/out property with a great open concept design. It is nestled on the Ridge and includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, family rooms (3), luxurious fully stocked kitchen, dining room, large ski preparation/ storage area and large covered decks.

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom One: King (sleeps 2), with amazing ensuite, fireplace, private covered deck
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Three: Double/Single Bunk (sleeps 3) with Jack and Jill ensuite
Bedroom Four (on entry-level): King Bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite
Entry Level Family Room: Queen pullout (sleeps 2)
Main Level Sitting Area: Double Pullout (sleeps 2)

**Please note the bunkbeds: The top bunks are for kids age 6 and over. Please no roughhousing.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom One: Full ensuite with large double shower, soaker tub, and two sinks in master bedroom.
Bathroom Two: Full Jack and Jill Washroom with large shower on bedroom floor
Bathroom Three: Full Bathroom with large shower on the entry-level
Bathroom Four: Half Bathroom on bedroom floor
Bathroom Five: Half bathroom on top living/kitchen level

Amenities include a single car garage, ample outdoor parking, private hot tub, natural gas BBQ, in-house laundry, in-floor heating, 2 stone gas fireplaces, large closets and storage areas, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Large open concept for the kitchen/living room/dining room. Dining room table seats 8, with room for 5 at the kitchen island/breakfast bar. Appliances and furnishings are of the highest quality. Kids are welcome, there is a pack n’play, highchair, and kids’ plates/cutlery available for your use.

There is parking for 5 vehicles during your stay.

The Bears Den is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Bonus: The hot tub is open during the winter and summer season only (not during the shoulder seasons)

There is a strict no pets and no smoking policy at The Bears Den.

Please Note: Minimum of three nights required all year and five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period (unless there are gaps between bookings).

Arrive on Sunday - Stay five days... Pay for four - Thursday night is on us.

Weekly rates - One free night. Maximum stay of 28 days in ski season.

Last Minute Discounts within a week of arrival may be available. If so, the rates have been adjusted to reflect this discount.

Bonus rates and conditions do not apply to holidays or last-minute specials.

Please note if you are wanting to book the weekly special will auto-quote. If you are looking for one of our other specials please send us a booking inquiry so we can manually adjust the quote, prior to your booking.

Silver Star Village is friendly and casual. Shop, enjoy the two coffee shops, the bars, restaurants, the gym, rental shops, etc. Everything you need is here - but small enough to be very friendly and fun!
