The space
Dome Mufli King:

Enjoy a beautiful serene little private island 2.5 hrs away from Manila !! Stay in a Geodesic Dome tent with a breathtaking view of sunrises over the lake. You will also find the most beautiful kaleidoscopic sunsets and star lit skies.

If you are booking for a single day, then it is memories, photos and a laid back relaxing short break. If you stay for two days, it will mean a TOTAL RESET - so that you are charged up fully to meet the world again on YOUR terms. For people that wish to spend some time alone, we would advise to book on a weekday where you can maybe have the whole place to yourself. The weekday rates are lower too !

On Site:

GeoDesic Domes : 3 Units- With own CR. Please see our Listings.
(Standard Occupancy 2. Max 3 )
Triangle Tent : 1 Unit - With own CR
(Standard Occupancy 2. Max 4 )
Attic over the Pavillion : 1 Unit - Common CR
(Dormitory. Max occupancy 12 pax. *available only for large groups whose number spill over the occupancy of domes and triangle)
If you need to add extra guests, we can provide mattresses for a fee. Kids aged 5 and younger can stay free when using existing bedding. Extra beds are 700 PHP.

What is Inclusive:
Breakfast(standard) is on the house for two people 7.30 AM - 9.30 AM , there is always drinking water, CRs are equipped with rain showers too.
Kayaks, body boards, fishing rods, floaters , life vests (** for sharing with other guests.Life Vests are MANDATORY for activities in the lake)

On Offer:
** Lunch, Dinner and Drinks are available from the island's kitchen and bar - they have to be ordered from a menu that you can choose from before you arrive. Meals are very reasonably priced since our intention is not to break your bank but keep temptation out of the way for critters.(Staff retires at 8 PM - requests for extension should be made in advance and should be reasonable. **We do not allow food to be brought in.
Kindly note that though our staff will always try to accommodate requests, they will still need to kayak to mainland for any supplies and any requests should be made in advance.

** Bonfire set up, Celebration Set up

Points to Note:
(*We are NOT suitable for city slickers :) but maybe this will change your mind about simple living. )

Please note that like all the islands in Lake Lumot, our island and home are off grid. We have a generator that can be powered up for requests, we have solar powered lights both inside the living spaces and around the pathways.
** It may be hot inside the dome on a summer's day (well, despite all it's magnificence, the Dome is still a fab tent) but Lumot is cooler than average and nights tend be cool enough for you to need a blanket (and 'cold' after summer).

During the day, our guests (and my family) love to splash in the lake and relax under the trees where the breeze is lovely. We have Kayaks, body boards ,life vests, floating islands which you can use for free.

Evenings, are generally well spent relaxing by the lakeside in camping chairs watching the sunset with a bottle of wine and spending time with each other.Come night fall, we can arrange a bonfire so that you can get warm and mellow.

- Pets are NOT allowed on 'Weekends and Holidays'. . If you wish to bring your pet along during the weekdays, please let us know much in advance. This notice is required and will be pending decision.

*** Kindly note that the Dome Tents are not made with sound resistant material. Please be naughty quietly in consideration of other guests on the property.
If there are other guests staying, kindly refrain from being noisy beyond 9 PM until day break in the areas that have guest accommodation.

Nearby:
Cavinti Water Falls, Underground Cave..

Getting there:
You will need to take a short boat ride from Lake Lumot Boat Terminal to reach us. There are boats available until 6PM- Boat fare is not included in booking. Specifics will be shared upon booking. If you are travelling by car, you will be directed to the parking place at the port by the boatman

Guest access
The common spaces are the bar, living room and dining room in the pavilion.

Other things to note
Please note that our space is a campsite and not a resort. This is our offgrid home and weekend getaway. We are off grid and rely on solar energy for lighting. The pathways and common spaces will have solar lighting.
We will try and make your stay as comfortable as possible - we have a few battery powered fans which are available on request. They will last until their battery does and cannot be recharged / replaced immediately.
Sensible foot wear is recommended (leave your new shoes home :) )

Location

Cavinti, Calabarzon, Philippines

Lake Lumot (unlike its name) is freshwater lake whose waters are ALWAYS the freshest - we are on top of the mountains and the water flows into Caliraya.
The small town is fantastic and is home to the kindest and most nicest people we have met in the Phil.

During your stay
We may or may not be at the island during your stay and when we do (which is pretty much almost every weekend) we are a very sociable lot but value guests' privacy.
Our caretaker lives on the island all hours and is very approachable - he will take good care of you.
