Llarrinda B&B near Wilsons Prom: Panorama Suite

Room in bed and breakfast hosted by Linda
2 guests1 bedroom1 bed1 bathroom
Hot tub
This is one of a few places in the area that has this feature.
The Panorama Suite enjoys magnificent 180° views across Corner Inlet to Wilsons Promontory National Park and Waratah Bay. Separate from the main house, it provides deluxe ensuite accommodation, including settee (sleep sofa), dining table, bar fridge, microwave, and tea & coffee making facilities. We also have two other rooms available - our cosy Twin room and the super comfortable Queen room, so can accommodate up to six guests. Check them out on Airbnb.

The space
The Panorama Suite is furnished with a super comfortable bed, down pillows, top quality natural fibre linens and towels, washed in locally made pure soap and dried in the South Gippsland sun.

It has sliding doors to the main deck, where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the passing parade of parrots of all colours. Bring your bathers and luxuriate in the spa, or stay warm in front of the gorgeous cast iron chiminea. But if the wind is blowing on one side of the house, you're bound to find a protected haven on the other.

The en-suite bathroom provides underfloor heating and heat lamps for those chilly mornings, and quality soaps, lotions and potions for every need.

Guest access
Guests can come and go freely via their own private access from the main deck to their bedroom.

Tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and microwave are provided, as well as a bbq outside.

We welcome guests to share the main part of the house with us. Here they can make use of the kitchen, enjoy our signature Continental breakfast (included in the price) in the dining room, relax in front of the big open fireplace or kick back on one of several decks.

Outside, guests are welcome to roam our undulating land, enjoy the produce of our fruit and veggie garden and become acquainted with our four very friendly sheep.

And then there is our gorgeous, remnant cool temperate rainforest gully. Our part of it is not huge, but a circular walk in the gully gives a totally different perspective of the land we are living on and the nature that surrounds us.

Other things to note
This part of Victoria represents a path less travelled. While only two hours from Melbourne, we are right on the Sydney-Melbourne coastal route, and just a 2-hour drive from the Penguins at Phillip Island.

Astonishing views, magnificent beaches, fabulous walks and abundant wildlife are what drew us here. But what's kept us here is the warmth and diversity of the people who live here. We have such a rich visual and performing arts community that we are more active here than we were when we lived in the city.

The unspoilt beauty of the district is full of natural wonder, with wildlife, empty windswept beaches, rainforests and waterfalls. For visitors looking for action, there’s surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, snorkelling, diving, swimming, fishing, golfing and more.

Foster itself is a bustling country town which is a service centre for outlying communities. We have two supermarkets, two bakeries, several cafe's, clothing shops, beauty salons, book shop, library, gallery, hardware store and pub. We also have a fantastic children's playground, swimming pool, medical centre and hospital.
