This beautiful Casita is a private and secluded haven. Nestled up on the hill behind the fishing village of Mal Pais, it is a fringed by tropical jungle with 180 degree views of the Pacific. The Casita offers you and your partner the opportunity to truely embrace Costa Rica and all it has to offer. Adjacent to the Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve we are visited by Capuchin and Howler monkeys as well as other wildlife and exotic birds. A truely unique experience!

This casita is a beautifully built, romantic hideaway with a large wrap around verandah and fabulous sea views.The pool offers privacy and seclusion. You will enjoy a kingsize bed, air conditioning, a luxury bathroom en suite, laundry (fee) and your own outdoor kitchen.

Outside is perfect for alfresco dinning with a covered area offering the opportunity to escape the heat of the sun and there is Webber gas grill. The rancho is a new addition - built above the jungle, ideal for relaxing and sampling a sundowner.

The property is on a private gated road to ensure seclusion and privacy.

The Mal Pais /Santa Teresa area on the Nicoya peninsula was not discovered by the surfing and tourist crowd up until 15 years ago. It is an understated gem of an area with fabulous stretches of white sandy beaches, warm ocean tides and thick tropical jungle. You will not see a single high rise!!! There is a lively stretch of continuous town that runs adjacent to the beaches scattered with rustic restaurants serving world class food, organic and fresh is the order of the day.
