This tiny home is brand new from ground up in the spring of 2019! It’s a industrial style home and equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay! Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.

The space
Completely custom built by myself so every piece of this home is unique. Well crafted clean and functional. The bath vanity is made from a real whiskey barrel that ages a Shorts beer! The head room in the loft area is about 5’ 8” and lower on the edges. And please take note of the steepness of the spiral staircase. If your looking for a cool unique place to stay, this is it!!

I was born in 1988 and my wife and I both grew up in the Bellaire area. We have no kids and enjoy traveling the world. We live a very active life and enjoy such sports as snowboarding and many water sports on the beautiful local lakes.
