This Gulf-facing condo has been beautifully remodeled with such thoughtful details as top-of-the-line memory foam mattresses in both bedroom suites, a 50-inch flatscreen TV, granite countertops, crown molding, and a marble walk-in shower with a five-piece jet rain shower panel in the main bathroom. You'll have a cozy bunk room that's perfect for the kids, floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a large balcony, and shared amenities that include two zero-entry pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center with a sauna, and 635 feet of private beach.

This beachfront resort sits near the heart of Gulf Shores, just over half a mile east of Highway 59. You'll be within walking distance of shops, nightlife, and restaurants, including the local favorites Sea-N-Suds and The Hangout Gulf Shores. Spend your mornings fishing or strolling in Gulf State Park half a mile east, or head just up Highway 59 to find Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and a wealth of other attractions. You'll be five miles south of the Craft Farms Golf Club, six miles south of the Gulf Shores Sports Complex, and eight miles southwest of the Orange Beach Sportsplex.

These GRCs are purchased at the second-floor condo association office or from security personnel if you arrive after hours. Un-permitted vehicles are booted and a $75 fee applies to remove the boot.
