Beautiful bayside condo, ideally located in Midtown Ocean City, off of 94th Street. Large kitchen and open living room which leads out to your private, waterfront patio with outside shower and grill. Features 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom on the second floor. Enjoy the sunny, southern exposure and a boat dock, all just a couple of hundred yards from the open bay! Only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of stores and eateries nearby.

The space
Two parking spaces comes with the unit, with plenty of street parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, utensils, pans, coffee maker, and other gadgets you need. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart available for your use. Washer/dryer in unit.

For peak season 2020 (June-Aug): Please bring your own linens. This allows for quicker turnaround between guests.

Please no parties, large groups, or loud music.
