A semi-detached 2 bedroom apartment overlooking park like surroundings & view of Oakura Beach & the Tasman Sea. A very short walk will have the sand between your toes and/or a dip in the sea.
Entry into the apartment is via your own front door with an outside lock-box holding the key.
The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms, both with wardrobes for storage. Bath robes are supplied for up to 4 guests.
In the well appointed lounge/dining room area you will also find a TV, CD player & FM radio.

Oakura Beach is a well known Surf, Swimming & Fishing spot, which is easily accessed from this address. The Kaitake Golf course is also a short drive away. A walking track can take you along the beach front to Weld Road & beyond. A short 5 minute drive will have you in the Oakura village enjoying the hospitality of the famous Butlers Reef Hotel or a coffee in one of the various cafe's. A Four Square store is also located in the village which will supply all your grocery needs.
