The apartment is clean, simple and in my opinion worth the cost. Mandy made check in simple. I did not have any major troubles while I was staying here. There is laundry on premise as well which was nice! The neighborhood is nice, safe and there is a nice driving range right down…
Mandy was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay despite a few minor issues which were taken care of very quickly. Great place if you are a medical student rotating at SUNY Upstate. Thanks Mandy!
We enjoyed our stay in the Syracuse area. The apartment fit our needs and is very conveniently located. The house is an older home, but is very comfortable. Thank you Mandy.
This apartment definitely met all of my expectations. Everything was very clean when I arrived and I found it to be a comfortable, welcoming space. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc., there's a good-sized closet (with hangers) and dresser if you bring a lo…
Served my needs, but not as nice as I expected it to be. Mostly clean, but refrigerator smell, dirt in corners on floors, and old crayons in couch cover were disappointing. Apartment could use some updating as table and chairs were unsteady/tippy, both closet doors were off hinge…
Response from Mandy:
Thank you for your detailed feedback Erin. It would have also been nice (and certainly fair) to also mention that you availed of a VERY big discount throughout your stay, which you had requested, and which I agreed to at a big loss to me :-) Also, if you may recall, the house showings were agreed to by you before you confirmed your reservation! Given the fact of the deep discount and the straightforwardness of the deal, I'm wondering why you now think it fit to list out petty things like changing light bulbs during a 3 month discounted stay, and unforeseen maintenance issues even though they were promptly addressed, etc etc. Really, what gives?! No house, even your own when you get it, is perfect. What is relevant is not to pay peanuts and compare it to a 5 star hotel (which I never misrepresented that it was) but to judge it by the price you are paying for it. Just some friendly advice :-)
