This spacious, private master suite is perfectly located half a mile from the beach and within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants! Complete with an attached bathroom, mini fridge, and outdoor patio, this cozy room is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway.
The space
Our building is a 3 story townhouse. The first floor will be entirely yours. It consists of the main entrance to the house (that we use) and the master suite with a private entrance (that you use). We lock the door that separates your space from the stairs to the rest of the house so that you have complete privacy throughout your stay.
Inside:
-> King size bed
-> Bathroom with shower/tub combo
-> 52” TV with full cable and Netflix
-> Mini fridge
-> Coffee machine with all the fixings
-> Beach chairs and beach umbrella for use
Outside:
-> Private entrance
-> Patio with seating area
-> Hammock
-> Outdoor shower
Guest access
You have the entire space to yourself so relax and enjoy your vacation! There is a private entrance for you to use plus a door to the rest of the house which remains closed and locked during your stay. There is no access to the rest of the house and we will not disturb you while you’re here.
Other things to note
I like to disclose that we do have a dog. He is a l9 lb Chihuahua and Yorkie mix named Gizmo and he is a very sweet boy. Although he will not enter your room during your stay, we like to warn people beforehand in case they have an allergy. We have the room thoroughly cleaned before each guest arrives, however Gizmo does have access to the room during the off-season months when we don’t have any renters.

The neighborhood is extremely safe and walkable. We are right next to the bay so I love taking walks by the water in the morning and watching the sunset from the house at night. We are lucky to live on one of the most popular streets in OC and are within walking distance to lots of fun things including the beach, Gold Coast mall, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and more.

Welcome to your beach oasis! We cant wait to host you during your visit to the best resort town on the East Coast. We are both local bartenders and live here year round. We know a lot of local spots and have tons of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We have a lovely little dog named Gizmo and we spend a lot of time on walks around the neighborhood and on the boardwalk.
