The space
Balbo 9b is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated building respecting tradition: local stone, high ceilings and typical star vaults. You enter the apartment once you have passed a common atrium.

The environments are developed on one level and are very welcoming. The furnishings of Balbo 9b have an absolutely surprising style, which blends modern elements and classic Salento architecture. Comfortable and functional, it is perfect for a romantic stay or for families with children.

The house has:
- living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine and all the essentials), table with 4 chairs, double sofa bed
- large dressing room with sink and wooden coat rack
- bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and disposable bath products (soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner)
- bedroom with double bed and single ottoman bed
- air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi
- bed linen and towels provided and included in the price

Balbo 9b is in a Limited Traffic Zone, but if you arrive before 9 pm you can reach the apartment by car to unload your luggage (excluding holidays). A few minutes away, outside the ZTL, you can park for free in via Petraglione. Paid parking spaces are also available (€ 0.60 / h) along Via Manifattura Tabacchi, Via Duca degli Abruzzi or near Porta San Biagio (09-14 and 16-21, free on holidays).

The apartment, easily reachable in 5 minutes from Lecce station or from the closest car park, is near Piazza del Duomo (Cathedral), the maximum expression of Baroque architecture and symbol of Lecce. The main craft shops, wine bars, markets or restaurants, as well as all the most important monuments of the city can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
