Our space has no-contact entry and is noted as "sparkling clean" by our guests.

The space
The living room has a large, comfy wraparound couch with flatscreen TV and Bose sound system (we've got Netflix, HBO Now, and Prime video or log into your own streaming subscription), electric fireplace, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and electric kettle, and a farmhouse table and chairs. Two adults can sleep on the couch if needed.

The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, and sink with luxurious towels.

The bedroom features a heated queen-sized bed with fluffy mattress topper, chest of drawers, clothes rack, and a desk to work on your laptop. Wake up to a window overlooking our beautiful patio.

This patio feels like a whole other room - it's surrounded on two sides by planters, lots of hanging baskets and a large, bubbling fountain in season. Sit and enjoy a beverage with a view of our Missouri-native species garden plus the wooded area beyond.

We are in a quiet suburban subdivision. The view from the space will make you feel like you’re in the country but we’re just a short drive from lots to do here in Lee’s Summit and even more about 30ish minutes away in KC. Hop on our neighborhood walking/running trail right behind our house. Skim our Guidebook for suggestions on fun places to check out here in town or in the greater Kansas City area.

During your stay

I work a variable schedule but usually have a break at least once an hour and will reply to your messages asap. My husband Jasen can also be available as a backup. You will have lots of privacy - you may see us on the driveway, working in the yard, or possibly above you on the deck, but for the most part you'll think you're in your own house.
