We have a finished basement with full bath, living area and bedroom with king bed. Bar, Darts, 2 TV's. We live upstairs, so you will hear foot steps and noise from time to time. Please do not leave your pets unattended. Back patio has bar with fridge and TV. This would be the ONLY shared space. The rest of the listing is completely private and you will have entrance through the rear of the house. The upstairs is separated from the basement by a door in the kitchen. Come stay.
