-20 Minutes to Downtown Nashville
-20 Minutes to Grand Ole Opry
-5 Minutes to grocery store, gas station, bus stop, & restaurants.

We have a small dog (10lbs) who is very quiet and hypoallergenic. We consider ourselves to be laid back and friendly hosts!

The space
The room features:

-TV with Apple TV to access Netflix & Hulu
-A large queen bed with fresh sheets and comforter.
-Extra pillows and blankets
-Fresh towels
-Full walk-in closet with hangers for your clothes
-A fan for those who like to sleep with a fan on
-Connected spacious, private bathroom

Guest access
In addition to the bedroom and bath, guests have access to the kitchen and laundry room.

We ask the guests to only use the kitchen to cook & eat and not as a place to hang out.

Guests do not have access to the living room.

Other things to note
We do not allow AirBnB guests to have their own guests come into our home. Only registered AirBnB guests through our listing are allowed in our home.

We live on a very scenic golf course and have a beautiful community. If you enjoy the outdoors we are only 5 minutes away from several hiking spots and Percy Priest Lake.
