The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more.

You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

The space
The space is awesome. It has everything that you'll need and is comfortable, quiet, and quaint. We're right across the street from a park, and in the summertime you can enjoy the neighborhood garden where you can get fresh veggies and flowers for a small fee.

The space is 440 square feet, with a private bathroom, located above the garage of our corner lot home. You'll have access to the room through the garage, where you can park your car.

The space has everything you'll need including:
* A brand new Casper queen-sized bed with quality duvet and sheets.
* Microwave
* Hot pot for tea and coffee
* Chemex coffee maker
* Plates, cups, and utensils
* Mini-fridge
* Folding desk
* Television with Amazon Fire stick
* Seating area
* Soap, shampoo and shower gel in the shower

Although our daughter - Maria - lives in the house, the space is quiet and contained, with private entry.

Maria does have two cats and a dog, but they never access the room or area you will be staying it.

Unfortunately, the space is not ADA accessible, given that it is a bonus room above the garage with stair access.

This neighborhood is quiet and amazing. You're right across the street from a park, and minutes from the famous Pre's Trail and Willamette river bike path system.

For Duck fans, Autzen stadium is just a 20-minute walk and 5-minute car ride.

Downtown Springfield has become an amazing little place these past few years, and you'll find the Washburne Cafe a great place to have breakfast. Also check out the Public House Beer Hall, Cornbread Cafe, and Bartolotti's for some amazing food and drink.

The neighborhood the house is in is quiet and clean, and just around the block from the house is a little neighborhood garden that is run by a neighbor who allows people to come pick fresh flowers and vegetables and pay for them using an honor system.
