This renovated basement studio apartment is located between historic old town and new modern business district. Almost all tourist sights are within walking distance. Nearby Danube riverfront offers many dining options and it is a great place to relax. Studio is 5 min walk from bus station with connection to Vienna airport every 30 minutes.

The space
The studio is backyard oriented and has a private access through small patio. It has cca 40m2 - spacious living room is connected to well-equipped kitchen and bedroom with queen size bed and large closet. There is a brand new sofa which can accommodate extra person. The studio has a lot of amenities: washing machine, dish washer, fridge + freezer, hair dryer, iron, kettle, oven and WIFI. I can also provide baby crib and chair on request.
