Beautiful, one-bedroom and one sofa apartment in a private house with fireplace. Very nice for a long stay. Fast internet will allow you to work from home. The apartment is ideal for everyone who would like to live in a cozy house in nature, but near the city center. Hudge yard, barbecue place, parking are available in the yard. Pets are welcome.

The space
The kitchen has all the necessary for cooking. WC, shower, towels, iron, washing machine. We stoke the fireplace before guests arrive, but all the following days must be heated by yourself. We provide all necessary for the kindling fireplace in the next few days.
Sofas have high-quality roll-up mattresses for comfortable sleep. Clean linens and clean towels.

The house is divided into two apartments. Neighbors are a family of 3 people. My brother Max with his wife Irina, and four-year-old son Miroslav. Most of the year they spend in India. Max is a programmer, but the main hobby of life is paragliding. There is an opportunity to fly with him in Daugavpils aerodrome. Just call the next door :)

Hi friends. I am very happy to invite people to my nice apartment in a private house. I work and live in Riga now, but Daugavpils for me is the city of my heart. Currently, a freelance artist I with my husband come to Daugavpils very often and stay at my parent's house 15 km from the city. As an artist, I work with charcoal drawings on canvas and make art deco. Some works you can see in the apartment. Also, you can see other artists' works-paintings, drawings, and graphic art.
