Welcome to our newly built loft. Here you stay on top of our garage, with its own entrance and views of Höglandssjön and the central parts of Örnsköldsvik.
Between each guest, we check cleaning and we want you as a guest to leave it in the same condition as you found it. Soap, detergent and dishwashing accessories are available. Bed sheets and towels can be rented for a fee of SEK 80 per person per stay.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of a smaller villa area. Families with children live here and some are being built. Three meters from the stairs to the loft there is an exercise track that takes you to Bergsjön, a small lake with clear water. Approximately 20 minutes in walking pace it takes to walk to the nearest road. Within a kilometer is a nice playground for the kids, in winter also an ice hockey field.
