Casa Buenas Vibras is located one block from the Archeological Ruins/Zona Arqueológica and the Mercado Artesanías. Our neighborhood is filled with famous Mitleño textile makers. You can hear the "clack-clacking" from their traditional wooden looms as they work during the day. Oxaca is also famous for Mezcal; with several nearby mezcalarías, you can sample and purchase artisanal Mezcal. Many travelers pass through Mitla to visit Hierve el Agua, a majestic natural spring atop a mountain. Not too far from the house is a collectivo stand with collectivos to Hierve el Agua. Mitla also has a vibrant zócalo and market place nearby. Saturday Markets stretch along a main road in Mitla and is a great place to sample local delicacies.
