All rooms are only for adults.

Since 10/2023 we have a construction northside of our guesthouse, not interfering with the rest time. This room is on the southside.
In our location, so close to the dunes, it's not permitted to do deep foundations, so all houses are prefabricated with the construction on the surface.

What highlights this space is the proximity to the ocean, the peace of the endless sound of the waves, and the possibility to fully relax and enjoy the moment.

Theresia's offers individual space as well as common spaces like the kitchen, spacious/big living and dining room. All these areas allow a direct passage and view of outdoor surrounding gardens and the beach is the front yard of our guest-house.

Theresia's surroundings consist mostly of the dunes because of its location right at the beach. It's situated 200m below the main street. 1 min walk at the beach is a restaurant\snack bar as well as a Pizzeria and Gelataria 7 min walk up to the main street. The closest mini supermarket & bakery is 16 min away by walk and if you continue straight ahead you reach the city center, by walk, in 36 min. By car/bus, it would take you 6/8 min. Walking along the beach to the city center would simply take you around 30 min.
