Welcome to our studio apartment which is completely private. The space includes an outdoor, private entrance, a covered sitting area w/ rocking chairs, bistro table/chairs, fire pit, outdoor ceiling fans, well lit, private view. You will have a full bathroom, kitchenette, living room area with TV, sofa/bed, leather recliner, dining and work area. We reside in the main house which sits above the apartment. There is no shared space.

Kitchenette/ wet bar with granite counter top, full sink, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, clothes rack, most toiletries available, coffe/creamers/breakfast and snack bars, cracker snack packs provided. Professional cleaning at each checkout.

The neighborhood is quiet, super safe and friendly. My family and I are quiet but I’m sure you might hear us on occasion. We try to respect our guests during their stay.
****The 280-corridor offers it all! The Summit, Starbucks, Oak Mountain State Park( hiking, boating, bike trails, fishing, swimming, horse back riding), Dining galore, Wineries, and access to Downtown Birmingham within 15 minutes. Shopping, dining and movie theater are located at the entrance of my subdivision. Also, great place to stay about 30-45 min outside of Tuscaloosa for home games!
