Wonderful house, beautiful surroundings. Edie made us feel right at home, you can tell this is a warm and welcoming home. We were a group of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids, and everyone was relaxed and comfortable. Children had so many things to discover, and it was a pleasure cooking f…

We had a wonderful vacation week with extended family at 9 Scudders Lane. Edie and John were thoughtful and considerate hosts. The house was exceedingly well-equipped, location was beautiful, beds were comfortable. We plan on coming back!

The whole family loved Edie's place. It is comfortable and charming. We had three children under the age of five with us. They loved the yard and the porch. Walks to the pond were also fun. The house was well equipped. You need not bring anything but your clothes!

I'm an artist and my husband John is a builder. We enjoy restoring special old properties in need of repair. It's a deep and involved way to travel. We'd rather tour the hardware stores of the world rather than the cathedrals.
