Had a wonderful time in Athens. Vaggelis's studio looked exactly like the photos - clean and cozy. We were very comfortable staying there and the location was awesome! Vaggelis was friendly and helpful. We had a late flight back and he even let us leave our bags after we checked …

A really cozy place 2 min from the metro station to go straight to the port and the airport. Lots of bar and cool cafés nearby and a nice vegan fast food restaurant that Joanna recommended (Vegan Nation). The apartment has everything to cook a meal and there is a supermarket near…

The studio couldn’t have been more central - best location to stay in Athens as you are close to everything; all the cool bars, great restaurants & important sights. Also, the metro is just around the corner, so you can get there from the airport very easily. Also, the communica…

Upon arrivial, we were greeted with a dark alley full of graffitti. Already, we had a bad feeling about the apartment. The hallway had an odd smell, much like a constrution had just taken place. When we got into the room, everything reeked of paint, specifially spray paint. It …

Response from Vaggelis:
Dear Shuming, i am sorry that my place did not meet your personal standards of accommondation. My place has been reviewed among 96 persons so far and no one complained about misleading photos or description, but instead they described it as a real airbnb experience. This studio is my main residence where i live and also work, you would be able to figure this out if you had taken a better look at the description. Also this property is not listed as a Hotel room and since the main title is "Unique street art studio" which i think is very representative and clear from the first place, does not hide any traps, except if you have never visited an art studio before. Concerning the dark alley, this small street is one of the most hub spots in Psyrri area where people walk through it regularly, pose for photos, and there are even events staged there, but still this is a part of the urban culture of the city in which apparently you are not a fan. With all my sympathy i would kindly suggest you next time you are planning a trip through airbnb community, keep in mind that this global phenomenon was built through the hospitality provided by ordinary people in their unique homes. Meeting new people, new experiences and cultures makes us richer, thank your for sharing your point of view with us. Peace, love & happiness

My favorite Airbnb ever which I would recommend to anyone who goes to Athens. Perfect location, fun, but not noisy street. Best train station for airport train 2 min away. And even better was the design of the place, everything speaks of a great style of the host. It’s all about…

Perfect spot for tourists and explorers, especially artsy folks. It's definitely a creative space -- cool decorations, bright colors. I wouldn't necessarily choose to stay here for an extended stay (small kitchen with old appliances, no A/C in common areas), but for a short trip …

Excellent location and secure apartment on Pittaki. Convenient to get to and from the metro, and and a great place to set off for exploring the areas around. No issues with noise at all, I slept really well. Great value.
