Spacious Beach House in Ocean City. Located in Montego Bay off 130th street. Less than a mile to the beach. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There are two community pools (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Internet and Cable. Laundry Room. Large screened in front porch and 2 car driveway. The Pricing reflects that I do not have a cleaning service, so the house must be left cleaned and all things used washed. This is very important.
The space
Living, dining and kitchen all open area. Plenty of seating in living and dining. Games are available as well as some children’s toys. Big sunken in tub in master suite bathroom. Large screened in front porch with plenty of seating and a picnic table. Also seating on side of house on the patios. Two car driveway. Lock box instructions in check in section.
Guest access
Two community pools open through the summer. Beach is within walking and biking distance. Plenty of family and adult entertainment on Coastal Highway, which features a variety of miniature golf courses, restaurants, and beach shops and bars. Bus service can take you downtown to the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for a fun day of rides, midway games, and food. Also on Coastal Highway are Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark. The Outlets Ocean City are a short drive southwest in West Ocean City, and tax-free shopping awaits a mile north in Delaware. North Side Park is a walk or bike ride away as well. Assateague Island that features wild ponies is not far.

I do not have a cleaning service so the house must be left clean upon check out. Everything used must be washed. Cleaning supplies under kitchen sink. Vacuum cleaner is in the laundry room. There is usually detergent in laundry room. Clean sheets should be folded and placed on the bed or in the designated places for clean sheets. Towels should be folded and put back where they were. There are times when guests checks out and guests will be coming in right behind so this is very important.

Watch the sunset on the Bay at the shoreline boardwalk. Enjoy the community park that has an animal sanctuary pond. Two community pools. Shops, restaurants, and grocery store within walking distance. There is also putt putt golf and an arcade that has bowling and food close by. One of our favorite restaurants is The Mirage, favorite breakfast places are Jimmy’s in Delaware (very close), Uber Bagels, and The Fractured Prune has the best made fresh donuts anywhere. On the Boardwalk at the inlet has rides, shops, arcades, trolley, and the best French fries at Thrashers, taffy and caramel popcorn at Dolles as well as the most scrumptious candy at The Candy Kitchen franchise. Although summer is the best time to visit, there are plenty of awesome activities off season as well, such as The Winterfest of Lights at Northside Park which is close by.
