The space

There is a room with a double bed and a river view, or a single room with a very comfy bed and a beautiful treed view. This second bed is on a landing with curtains, window, lamp and wifi, rather than a door. Each reservation is $89, which includes both beds and breakfast for one of porridge or eggs or cereal, fruit smoothie and tea or coffee. If traveling with a friend pleas add $7 for the second and each additional breakfast. So three people is $89 plus $14.
You are welcome to stay as B&B guests or stay longer and share the kitchen with me. If you would like to explore life in the country for a while, float on a river, or sit by a fire, and would be happiest renting a room in a relaxed, country home atmosphere, then this may be just right for you.
The old century farmhouse is on two acres along the stunning Bonnechere River within walking distance of the town of Eganville. We stayed at Kim’s place, me and my three boys. We conoed on the lake, the boys caught frogs and we had a day excursion at the Bonnechere caves. Loved our getaway and accommodations. Kim and Glen were great hosts.
