Our modern, open plan family beach house is located in a quiet area of Foxton Beach, where there is much to offer. It is perfect place to relax and unwind. There are walks to the Estuary, to the beach or woods. There are plenty of activities if that is what you are seeking. There in an award winning child's park and pump track not far away. It is a short walk to eateries, with a Four Square around the corner. The house is light and airy with everything you will need for a 'get away break.'

The space
The house is our much loved family beach house so you will find books and games which you are welcome to use. The spacious open plan living area extends to the outdoors where you will find a BBQ together with an open fire for those cooler evenings. The design of the house caters for families with ease. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a single oven, four pan ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave (can be used as an oven), toaster, coffee machine and coffee grinder.
The four bedrooms are all generous in size with the Master Bedroom housing a King sized bed with an en-suite. The second and third bedrooms both have Queen beds with the fourth bedroom having two singles. The main bathroom has a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a separate toilet. The garage is adjoining the house and a sofa bed can be used in here for occasional use. The washing machine and drier can be found here too. There is plenty of off road parking. A secluded, enclosed back garden means the children can play safely.

Foxton Beach is a great place to sit, unwind and do nothing. It also offers fishing, bird-watching, swimming, walking, biking ( a number of tracks through the woods), children's play areas, tennis, wind-surfing, pump track, to name a few. The sunsets over the Estuary and beach are a must and can be breath-taking. The Dunes are worth a wander around but don't get lost!
