This nice open space is super comfortable and relaxing. It has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a water dispenser, a grill, a small deck, a fire pit, a picnic table, a nice soaking tub, etc..
With a quick 7 minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10 minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park Beach. There is nice shoreline access across the road from us at West Park about a mile away. Famous Little Traverse Wheelway trail is across from us.

The space
We are extra thorough with disinfecting and cleaning this unit so that it is super clean prior to every reservation! We tried to think of everything we would want and put it in this unit. We have smartv’s in both bedrooms and the living room. We have comfortable couches that make it easy to sleep or nap on. We have new carpet, new furnishings and decor. This is a nice wide open space perfect for socializing and entertaining or just plain relaxing!
We have 2 queen beds, 2 comfy cots, and a blow up queen bed with nice linens. The managers are located nearby in the park should our guests need anything. We take the guests needs seriously. The rental is located at Bay Shore Estates Mobile Home Community at 7463 old us 31 lot 4 Petoskey Mi 49770
We cannot allow the following breeds Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Husky, Akita, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, wolf hybrid, American Staffordshire Terrier or mixes of those breeds. This is what our insurance designates. We cannot have cats in the home. Thanks for understanding!
We have a nice outdoor space with a fire pit, a picnic table and a small deck. The unit backs up to woods for privacy.
Water sports!!! Yes, we have room for your boat, seadoos, kayaks, etc...
There are 4 wineries close by if wine tours are your thing. We are also with walking distance to the famous bike path “Little Traverse Wheelway” which goes in both directions and runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs.
West Park is also across the road which will take you to the bay. The possibilities are endless!

This unit is an elegant home in a nice community directly across from Lake Michigan and the Bay Harbor Golf Course. This community is tucked off of Old US 31 and is called Bay Shore Estates.

We are 20 Miles from Boyne Mountain and 17 miles from Boyne Highland. We host many skiiers during the snow season.

West Park is across the street off Townline Road! If you are up for a walk it’s worth it to see the crystal clear light blue water and to look for Petoskey stones on the rocky shore line! Petoskey State Park is a sandy beach to play in. Enjoy the crystal blue water of the bay!

If you are into biking/walking there is a paved bike trail along the coast that you can get to from our unit! It goes to Charlevoix one way and to Downtown Petoskey the other way all the way to Harbor Springs. The home has local travel guides in it for your convenience.
