We are fully equipped with Ultra-fast Broadband and a Samsung Smart TV w/ Netflix. Even a few board games for your entertainment.

Our new, modern kitchen features a 6 burner gas stove and extra large oven and we are happy to provide an inclusive Continental Breakfast, inc, bread in the freezer for toast and cereals along with tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

There is a heat pump for your convenience to make the living area nice and snug. There is a fire place too get perfect ambiance on a cold winters night.

All bedrooms have Super King beds, they are all super comfy and there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows if you need them.

Free off street parking is available for 2 cars and there's a gorgeous outdoor area fitted with a large BBQ and an outdoor seating area with cushions stacked inside or out by the door

We live in a stunning neighborhood with a gorgeous bunch of good people. The drive over the bridge into the Hawea township, showcases the lake front in such a way that it takes my breath away every single time I drive home.
Everyone is polite and welcoming and we are thrilled to share this heart warming community with others.

It is a peaceful and developing neighborhood, please be respectful of others, take it inside from 10pm please and be kind :)
There is a true Kiwiana charm here, soak it up....
