About this listing
Quiet, clean and updated, the Garden Oasis is your private sanctuary. Relax in the serene garden with your organic breakfast basket or a glass of wine. Free street parking and centrally located, just 3 mins to the metro & 15 mins to downtown by car.
The Garden Oasis is a special quiet place with a private bedroom, bath and entrance. Located in Highland Park/Mt. Washington, we are conveniently located to almost everything in Los Angeles. Treat yourself to this special hideaway and take advantage of the peaceful surroundings. Appreciate the hillside view from your outdoor living space, a private place where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine. Or relax under the stars in the hot tub after dining at the many fabulous restaurants in our area. This space is yours to enjoy!
Because the streets are steep, we STRONGLY recommend a car when staying in Mt. Washington. Street parking is always free and available. The Heritage Square metro station is only three minutes away by car and has a good parking lot. The metro is a great public transportation resource and can get you to most places in and around Los Angeles.

Jay and I moved to Los Angeles several years ago and were thrilled to find this private retreat so close to downtown LA. We call it the Garden Oasis because it is amazingly beautiful, peaceful and serene.
We also didn't expect to find so many things to do in Southern California.
Our youngest child just left for college so we are having fun! We love music (especially the blues), food (we have many favorite restaurants close by), festivals, cultural activities and the arts, spending time with family and traveling.
We are seasoned Airbnb travelers so we know what makes a pleasant stay. We look forward to meeting you and hope you will enjoy the Garden Oasis as much as we do.
