Modern warm guest house with large deck looking right on to the park. On clear nights amazing stargazing over Mt Iron.
The guest house has two large bed rooms. One with Queen with ensuite and the other with Queen bed and own bathroom over the hallway. Large open plan kitchen, living and dinning.
Log burner and or heat pump to stay nice and cosy.
Loacted a quick 5 minute drive to down town Wanaka.

Washing machine is in garage, on request. Just message owner.
