Our property is a beautiful duplex mountain villa, overlooking a gorgeous forest covered valley, and the mighty Himalayan peaks (best views between September to February).

- A Living room with an informal sitting, and a dining area
- A private kitchen
- A beautiful paved patio, accessible from the living room, overlooking the lawns and infinite view of the Someshwar valley

- 32 inch LED TV in Living room
- 20 mbps JIO dongal (Airtel also works well)
- Kitchen with basic appliances like microwave, OTG, refrigerator, gas stove, RO, cookware & serve ware along with tea station (tea, coffee, sugar, creamer).
- 25 L water heaters for hot water supply in all bathrooms.
- Ceiling / table fans in all rooms for summer months (air-conditioning not required)**
- Heaters / heat convectors (an LPG heater has been provided into the living room) in all rooms for usage in winter
- Power back up is through UPS system, which will power the lights and fans, however heavy electronics like kitchen equipment, geysers / water heaters, room heaters, electric iron, and hair dryers cannot be used on power back up in case of a power outage. LPG heater will work in living room in case of power outage.

- Please do not ask our caretaker to go get groceries for you as he will need to walk 2-3 Kms in the hills which takes a lot of time & energy.
- Our caretaker(s) have a mountain (pahadi) style of cooking, and can make both veg and non-veg meals. Their cooking style can be spicy, so please explain them about your specific taste at arrival.

2. Cafe's of Mukteshwar (8-10 Kms away).

*WATER USAGE*
- Water is scarce in hills and we advise to use water wisely.

- We allow toilet trained pets only.
- One time cleaning fee of Rs. 2500 is applicable.
- Please make sure, your pets don't use sofa & beds.
- Please keep your pets inside after 8 Pm to avoid wild animals.

The neighborhood is a heaven for Artists, Photographers, Bird watchers, and Star gazers.
