ALL NEW Nicoya Villas is a beautiful 4 Villa property with a beautiful pool and teak gazebo across the street from beach! Our staff is here to make your stay more enjoyable.

This villa has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen size beds & one with 1 king size bed and 2 full bathrooms! There is a kitchen, dining table and living room. Very short walk to the beach, around 150 meters!

Golf carts, quads, surfboards, bikes and scooters for rent. Wifi & cable included. Miles of beautiful beaches.

The space
Nicoya Villas is a 4 villa property. There is a pool with a large sundeck, perfect for hanging out or for kids. The teak Gazebo is a great area that can be used to play ping pong, play cards or board games, or just hang out.

We have a filtered water dispenser in the gazebo area.

Ask us if you are interested in a yoga or Jiu jitsu retreat, or in renting the entire property.

Mal Pais is a relaxed, laid back town. It is more residential and is a few minutes away from the bigger crowds in Santa Teresa. There are quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

We have built an excellent looking property of 4 villas with a pool and a teak house area in the beautiful tropical area of Mal Pais! Here you are across the street from the beach, close to the small fishing marina, watch beautiful sunsets amd you are about 10 mins from Santa Teresa!
