Villa has several apartments of different sizes and almost 50 rooms. Our rooms are elegant, functional and comfortable. All of them have a balcony or a terrace and all of them have a sea view. Rooms have between 24 and 30 m2 and they have a comfortable king size bed, a chair, desk, minibar, air condition, free Wi-Fi, LCD TV with local and satellite channels, full size bathroom with a walk in shower, hair dryer and toiletries. Villa has a 200m2 restaurant with 100 seating places for our guests.

The space
Romantic and cozy! Our place is very unique for a few reasons. We have a great place to unwind without anybody bothering you nearby, especially for bigger families or groups. We are on a 2500m2 property and safely secured. We also have a wonderful restaurant with great homemade and homegrown food. Every night for dinner we have several choices of platters you can choose to feast on. We also prepare freshly caught fish daily! Just sit back with your family besides the pool or walk by the sea and unwind. Enjoy your vacation with us, we will make it happen for you.

Where you’ll be

Kožino, Zadarska županija, Croatia

Villa is situated in a very peaceful and quiet beach front neighborhood with a lot of untouched nature around the Villa. Kožino is an old small village, about 7km from the City of Zadar. We are also very close to the old historic Town of Nin. You have the option to go to the sandy, pebble and stone beaches. We are situated in between three UNESCO protected world heritage national parks. We are in an ideal location to visit Dalmatia, a lot of amazing national parks, historic monuments, churches, small towns and still we are very close to all the modern-day stores, shopping centers, adventure parks and additional activities. A great wat to spend your vacation, alone, or as a couple, or a family.
