The space

A palace that trespasses into history and breathes in a time that lives only in fables and legends
Moving around in the fourwalls of our house one gets a feel of a virtual art gallery,
it offers a romantic sojourn with breathtaking vibrance.

The rooms are adorned with original delicately painted walls and ceilings which give the place an air of peace and tranquility. Most rooms contain original period furniture, works of art and early prints of famous contemporary Indian artists like Amrita Sher Gill, Sharda Ukil and Jamini Roy etc.

You can relish the truly Indian or even continental cuisines in delicious flavours and delight in their tempting aromas, served with royal pride and courtesy.

There are many options for enjoying your meals just about anywhere you choose, they could be either in the comfort of the fabulously painted dining rooms with exquisite original stucco work or one could enjoy ‘al-fresco’ dining in the open with bar-be-que.

Breakfast in the gardens surrounded with some huge rare trees, chirping of birds and butterflies fluttering around can be a traveller’s delight.

One could take a dip in the infinity pool in total privacy or bask in the clear sun around it. For the adventurous biking can be great fun around sleepy villages nearby seeing the local artisans at work or on the country roads around. Enjoy nature walks in the royal getaway where time moves with a languid saunter and the mind eases over with the feel of fresh wind.

Take a guided tour to a nearby village to see the yet unexplored rural Rajasthan.

Enjoy the feel of living on a real farm of Rajasthan, you could go around and see ongoing farming activity or maybe give a hand and bring out the ‘son-of-the-soil’ in you. A great change from the hustle and bustle of big city life.

One could also take a tour of temples of the family deities of the Masuda Royal Family.

Bullock ( ox ) cart safari to a village to experience true unspoilt rural life and activities.

This has recently been declared as a full-fledged wildlife sanctuary by the government, a reserve larger than Ranthambore in size with panther, sloth bear, wild boar and a variety of birds in good number. An extremely interesting way to spend a day with nature for the wildlife buff and an exciting drive in unexplored terrain.

A great ethnic tourist attraction famous for its world’s biggest cattle fair and holy places. With interesting shopping too, in its quaint alleys.

Rajasthan’s famous citadel of valour and the biggest Rajput Fort. See the amazing tower of victory and the Rani Padmini’s Mahal.
