This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space.
The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.

The space
The bedroom studio is a spacious open plan suite with an extremely comfortable Queen bed with high quality feather bedding and linens. There is a seating area with 2 comfortable armchairs as well as a small bistro style table and chairs for eating. The kitchenette has no cooking facilities but is equipped with a kettle, coffee cafetière, toaster and fridge so perfect for breakfast preparation and keeping snacks and wine chilled. Beverage essentials such as Tea, coffee, Hot chocolate, sugar, milk and toasted muesli are included.
There is a wall mounted smart TV where guests can access Netflix films and TV series and 5g WIFI.
The bathroom is large and luxurious with a walk in shower, large fluffy towels and includes organic guest toiletries and a hairdryer.
You have your own outside deck for summer months with a sun umbrella, table and chairs and an expansive view of the mountains above the neighborhood.
Guests can arrange to use the washing machine and dryer in the main property so long as I am at home.
They are also welcome to borrow the Weber BBQ if they wish to prepare a simple meal at home.

The property is set in a residential neighbourhood on a slightly elevated corner section so has a very open outlook and great mountain views. This is a new neighbourhood so it is fair to expect some construction work to be taking place in the area at times but we are very close to the established hub with the local cafe "Monkey Farm" 2 minutes walk down the road. The lakefront and town centre is literally 3 minutes drive down Aubrey Rd and within easy cycling distance with quick access to the local river tracks leading to either the lake or Albert Town.
