This sunny, private, one-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchenette, dishes, and cookware is 15 minutes from Providence on Rte 146A in rural North Smithfield. Clean and quiet, guest parking for one car, close to shopping, local sites, and Rte 295.
The Federalist main home dates back to 1810, and was restored in 2005. This second floor space is bright, cheery and charming...perfect for one or two guests.
Enjoy a beautiful apartment with a kitchenette and stove, cable access and a full bath.
The apartment has hardwood floors throughout the living/dining/kitchenette and the large bedroom. A tiled bathroom features soaking tub/shower.
For someone on temporary employment contract, or who is seeking temporary housing before a home purchase, special pricing and adjustments are available.
Guests can come and go as they please through a separate entrance from the main home. Access to two private apartment units is a stairway in the entrance foyer. Parking is located on the property.
Interaction with guests
Hosts live on the premises in a separate apartment. We are here to make your trip enjoyable, but not to intrude on your privacy.
Other things to note
Apartments are within an older home, so it is important to be aware of the needs of others, especially noise levels. This is a fairly quiet house. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. We ask that you honor our home as you would honor your own home, leaving it as you found it. Linens for bath, bed, and kitchen are provided and laundered. There is not a guest washer/dryer, but there is a laundromat nearby that offers the option of laundering your clothes for you.
House rules are posted, and include directions for parking, recycling, Wi-fi, etc.
