We are next door to the historic farmstead and bird sanctuary, Bushy Park. You can bird watch at any time, along with the many native birds we have our own flock of quail, geese and pheasants.

Waitahinga Trails are located about 12 kms up the road, and are a collection of walks in native bush catering for various fitness levels.

It's a 20 minute drive to Kai Iwi Beach.
