Long term rental with CPR registration available!
Couples are welcome, boys and also girls.
Surrounded with books and with a huge mirror. The bed is small & comfortable, the living room beautiful and the kitchen brand new. Centrally located with walking distance between the 3 most popular areas of Copenhagen.
Towels & beddings included.
If you just need a bed to sleep and that you enjoy having a nice living room, this is the place for you.
The living room is a great place to relax and the area around the apartment is great for visiting Copenhagen.
As we are close to the French School of Copenhagen there are lots of good restaurants and cafes in the area. There are also beautiful parks to take a walk or see rare flowers.
I do suggest biking as it is the easiest way to commute and it is also very safe. You can rent a bike here for 50 DKK per day.
Otherwise there are Buses right outside the door and Metro 10 minutes of walk from here. Public transports are 24 DKK per travel. The main street right around the corner is one of the main roads of the city.
Restaurant Melee closeby has several recommendations in the Michelin Guide.
On Vernedamsvej there is Café Viggo, Falernum, Les Trois Cochons and lots of other nice places.
You have access to wifi, kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is a washing machine for 15 DKK or 2 Euro per wash.
Interaction with guests
My sister (if she is there) or I can give you a few tricks on what to see and where to go around the city. We enjoy helping our guests with regular things but we do not have capabilities of a traveling agency. We also perfectly understand your need for privacy.

House Rules – Kindly keep your shoes off ☺
It is important to state that the better we are at being flexible towards each other and problem solving on an individual level, the better our co-living space will feel. This will also avoid delays in things that require immediate attention. We do not run a hotel, we run a space where you will live and where others will live as well. Our cleaning fees only cover change of your sheets and towel. The price of cleaning the entire apartment is 5 times the cleaning fee that you pay. Therefore the apartment is not cleaned on a daily basis. But you are welcome to do your part if you feel it is needed, that’s what you would do in your home – right? Our check-in flexibility is not made to be used against us but to accommodate the different arrivals of the guests. Thus Please tell us your exact landing time and location. We have a check-in agreement once we both have agreed to the time. Our neighbours are God to us and we don’t mess with the Gods.
1.Most things in our kitchen are hidden behind closets, open them to discover.
2.While cooking we use the suction to get the steam out and close it afterwards.
3.No dirty dishes left behind, you’re welcome to use the dishwasher for small items. (The cleaning fee you pay only covers cleaning the room).
4.Wipe the surfaces around the stove after cooking.
5.Food, drinks and wine are personal.
6.Use wooden spoons on Teflon pans, avoid metal spoons as they fragile.
7.Open the bathroom window and turn off the radiator after showering to let the humidity out. Close window after 15 minutes and re-open radiator.
8.Not that it has happened here before but in case the toilet gets clocked, please call Marco or Guillaume before trying to solve the problem yourself. Any mistake might be crucial and take longer to solve.
There is a washing machine for 15 DKK (2 Euro) per wash with soap.
9.To wash clothes, put your clothes into the machine and close it.
10.Put the washing liquid in the big room in the drawer.
11. Turn the button to 'BIO'. Choose your temperature by pressing the button above the '°C' sign (60 or 40 degrees). Press the ‘play’ button.
12.When your wash is done (2 hours later) you can find the drying rack in one of the closets in the corridor next to the bathroom or the living room. Put it in your room or the living room.
13.To maintain the building and the indoor climate, please open the room’s window every day just for a minute to get the air in and close it again. Please turn off the radiator while doing so.
14.The radiators should be off during the day when you are out.
Cleaning & Common Usage
15.Once a month we do a thorough cleaning if you live here permanently.
16.The purchases like toilet paper aluminium foil and more is not something defined yet. Thus if we run out please purchase it yourself to avoid a conflict over small amounts.
Security & Safety
17.Close the front door when you leave the apartment – even when someone else is still home. In case of a robbery when the tenant has forgot to lock the door, he or she will be responsible for the others’ belongings.
18.Close your windows (and kitchens’) when you are not around.
19.Loss of keys will be charged 1000 DKK. If you take the keys with you and forget to give them back it is seen as loss of keys and we do not take into consideration the unreliability of the mailing back of the keys.
20.On long term bookings, there will be 2 nights a month where visitors are welcome free of charge. The remaining time, visitors will cost 110 DKK per night please coordinate with the landlord.
Earlier problems with Tenants
We have earlier seen tenants smoking cigarettes, weed, doing drugs, drinking alcohol & making noise late at night, bringing home undeclared guests, having sex in common areas and leaving condoms or trash behind in the establishment. I should therefore add rules about this, the following 3 articles will result in confiscation of deposit and cause immediate termination of tenancy agreement plus a fine for extra guests:
(URL HIDDEN) of illegal substances on the premises.
22.Smoking: cigarettes/e-cigarettes, vapour, water pipe/hookah, lighting candles or any other inflammable articles inside and bringing home undeclared guests.
23.Having sex in the common areas, disturbing the other tenants or littering.
We are a house made of young professionals and mutual respect is key to the interaction between us. We are smart and share knowledge so if you want to get smarter, stay with us. You are more than welcome to come home late at night but please do so quietly. We are lovely people who have a good vibe between us which is something that our guests can feel. We warmly welcome you to Copenhagen and hope that the city will be as kind to you as our house will! ☺
Getting Around (Transport)
I suggest biking (easiest & cheapest). You can rent a bike in almost any bike shop. Otherwise there is Bus, train & metro fairly close. Take an almost free taxi the first time you use Uber. Download the Uber app and when signing up, type in “guillaumek5” under the promo code. You will then receive up to 100 DKK (14 EUR) on your first trip.
