The space
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS are perfect for a couple or with a good friend or 2 younger children that can sleep on our comfy pull out with a chez lounge. There are two "Close by Beach Clubs" with pool access. Our space has a large outdoor covered living space, facing West. 180 views to the OCEAN ON YOUR LEFT AND mouth of LAGOON TO THE RIGHT! In the back ground are the mystic Mayan Mountains. Wild beach is a 10 minute walk. Enjoy our rainbow of hibiscus flowers of all colors and herb garden. Our water is from an ancient aquifer from the Mayan Mountains and perfectly fine to drink out of the taps. Our beach styled unit is located on the lagoon side of the main road, opposite us is the Mariposa Resort, where you are welcome to sit on the beach or jump in their swimming pool or the Placencia Beach Club. All information is in our info book.

Our unit is solar with power backup. Our LED lighting package is engineered with dimmers everywhere to create a perfect mood to entertain or just kick back. Large Roko TV with great sound system for music and movies.

The Crimson Community is considered part of Placencia and very safe with no theft or crime plus we know many of our neighbours. Your are steps away for the busy tourist areas so if you like privacy you are looking at the right place! We are located just off the beaten track, yet only an 8 minute drive to the center of the village of Placencia or a 5 minutes from the local airport. Your are 2 3/4 hours drive from Belize City or 30 minute flight.

I have been coming to Belize since 2006 to escape Kelowna, BC winters. I spend several months and love the dual life-style and great people I meet along the way. There are lots of home owners from Canada and the USA. My rental is a charming cottage style condo that I have decided to share with my international guests. It’s the first unit of my development.
