GORGEOUS & CHIC w/ 2 bedrooms! Less than a mile to downtown LS. This is the best deal in the KC area! Easy highway access to all KC metro attractions within less than 30 minutes away! Absolutely NO drugs, smoking/vaping inside, parties, unregistered extra guests, pets or couch sleeping allowed & if so booking will be forfeited.

The space
Very clean & spacious apartment with private entrance in the walk out basement of the owner’s home. The photos don’t portray how much space is offered with large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas, a coffee bar, 2 bedrooms with TVs in each bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms.. Newly renovated private apartment! We have the apartment and all linens professionally cleaned for each stay. Smoking/Vaping is allowed only outside.

Located less than a mile away from downtown Lee’s Summit where you can shop, drink & find entertainment including the bar scene with a variety of bars offering live bands, an escape room, festivals, outdoor concerts, train station and an old time arcade! Located nearby is a public pool with water slides, beautiful parks, skate park, trails and ice skating. Enjoy being only a couple of miles away from a public access lake to rent a boat, fish or chill at the beach!

Guests must be at least 25 years old. Other drop in guests are not allowed at any time and only persons on the booking are allowed in the place or on the property. This is a licensed Airbnb which meets all city ordinances and regulations. Rest assured, the business license is posted in visible sight.

Nice, quiet & safe neighborhood! You may enjoy a stroll around the neighborhood that offers several unique little libraries / pantries on neighboring properties & school property. There is an elementary school that has a track and playground for use while school is not in session.

I have lived in Lee’s Summit since 2002 and absolutely love this great town with so much to do! Prior to that, I lived in Maryland for 12 years and am originally an Iowan native. My family enjoys fun filled weekend time together boating & jet skiing at Longview Lake which is located only 6 miles away!
